To submit a refund request, please contact our customer support team through the LetsFAME app or by emailing support@letsfame.com. Include your account details and a detailed reason for the refund to facilitate the process.

Review and Decision Process

Our team will review your request swiftly and aim to provide a decision within 1 to 3 business days. You will be notified of the decision via the email address associated with your account.

Refund Issuance

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Subscription Benefits

Once a refund is issued, any subscription benefits will be terminated immediately.

Outside Eligibility Window

Refund requests submitted beyond the six-day eligibility window will not be considered.

Partial Use

A full Refund will not be issued for any subscription partially used or if exclusive benefits provided during the subscription period were extensively accessed.

Technical Issues

Refunds will not be granted for problems related to the user’s hardware or internet connectivity that affect service utilisation.

Promotional or Discounted Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased at a promotional or discounted price are non-refundable unless the terms of the promotion state otherwise.
